SALAD WITH COOKED HAM AND EGGS





Ingredients:

v 3 boiled eggs
v 250 g cooked ham
v 1 grated carrot
v 100 g cooked macaroni
v mayonnaise dressing
v sour cream and mustard
v salt and pepper



Preparation:

Dice egg whites, mash egg yolks and mix with pieces of cooked ham. Add cooked macaroni and cover with mayonnaise, sour cream and mustard dressing, previously made. It is up to you how much of each components you will put in your dressing. Spice, also, if desired, with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with grated carrot, garnish with basil or parsley and slices of boiled eggs.
