Dampen a paper towel with vinegar and lay it out on a flat surface. Add dots of food coloring to the paper towel and it will create a tie dye effect. Place the hard-boiled egg in the middle of the napkin and wrap it up so the paper towel touches every part of the egg. Let sit for 5 minutes.
