LITTLE SECRETS OF A CLEAN AND SHINY HOME/HOW TO MAKE YOUR HOME CLEAN AND SHINY WITHOUT MUCH EFFORT?



To avoid that your fridge takes the smell of fish, put the fish between two plates, sprinkle with salt and and place It in the coldest part of the refrigerator.


The rubber on the washing machine requires care. Brush it with glycerine twice a month.
Clean the TV screen with lemon juice and it will not collect dust.

Radiators are real dust collectors. Wash them with water and detergent several times a year and remove dust from its ribs regularly. During the heating season the radiators create ugly layers of dust stuck to the ribs. Dip double gauze into lemon juice and clean the ribs on the radiator with it. Then rinse them with flannel cloth and warm water. Dark, ugly stains that appear on the wall behind the radiator can be easily removed with a dry cloth sprinkled with soda. Just rub lightly the stained spot and the stain will disappear.


You can remove the unpleasant odor inside your fridge if you clean it with water and vinegar.


Put a few containers with hot milk in the fridge to purify the air. Don`t use that milk anymore after that but throw it away.


Rub some talk into the rubber gasket on the refrigerator door to make it flexible. 

MALE TAJNE BLISTAVO ČISTOG DOMA/KAKO BEZ MNOGO MUKE DA VAŠ DOM ZASIJA?



Kad primetite rđu na ringlama, vreme je da nešto preduzmete. Ne očekuje vas veliki posao. Dovoljmo je da očistite  polovinu luka i njom oribate ringle. Rđa će sigurno nestati. 
Slično tome, plamenike na šporetu ćete uspešn očistiti ako ih istrljate polovinom crnog luka.

Da vam frižider ne bi poprimio miris ribe, ostavite je između dva tanjira, posolite i smestite u najhladniji deo u frižideru.

Guma na mašini za veš zahteva negu. Dva puta mesečno je premažite glicerinom. 

TV ekran očistite limunovim sokom i neće se skupljati prašina. 

Radijatori su pravi skupljači prašine. Nekoliko puta godišnje ih operite vodom i deterdžentom a s rebara redovno uklanjajte prašinu. U sezoni grejanja na radijatorima se stvaraju ružni slojevi slepljene prašine koju ćete očistiti limunovim sokom u koji ste namočili dvostruku gazu. Zatim ih isperite flanelskom krpom i toplom vodom. Iza radijatora se stvaraju ružne, tamne mrlje na zidu. Preko uprljanog zida pređite suvom krpom posutom sodom bikarbonom i mrlje će nestati.




Frižider ćete osloboditi neugodnog mirisa ako ga iznutra očistite vodom i sirćetom.

Ako u frižider stavite posudice s vrućim mlekom, očistiće se vazduh, ali mleko višen nije za upotrebu.

U gumeni zaptivač na vratima frižidera povremeno utrljajte talk. Biće elastičniji.

Kafa može da vam pomogne da se osećate manje umorono i da vam poveća nivo energije. Kada se to dogodi dolazi do povećanja drugih neurotransmitera kao što su norepinefrin i dopamin, što dovodi do povećane aktivnosti neurona. Mnoge kontrolisane studije na ljudima pokazuju da kafa poboljšava različite aspekte moždane funkcije. NAUKA JE DOKAZALA: ŠTO VIŠE KAFE PIJETE DUŽE ĆETE ŽIVETI/ KAFA SMANJUJE PROCENAT SAMOUBISTAVA





Iako je bila demonizovana u prošlosti, kafa je jedno od najzdravijih pića na planeti. Ona je mnogo više od samo crne tečnosti koja sadrži kafein... kafa zapravo sadrži i stotine drugih sastojaka, od kojih su neki veoma važni za zdravlje. Nekoliko velikih studija je dokazalo da ljudi koji piju kafu žive duže i imaju manji rizik da obole od bolesti kao što su Alchajmerova bolest ili dijabetes.

KAFA JE VAŽAN IZVOR ANTIOKSIDANATA

Kafa sadrži kafein ali takođe i stotine drugih sastojaka, od kojih su mnogi antioksidansi koji štite naše telo od oksidacije koja uključuje slobodne radikale koji oštećuju molecule  u našem telu. Veruje se da je oksidacija zaslužna za starenje i neke poznate bolesti kao što je rak ili srčani udar.  NEKOLIKO VELIKIH STUDIJA POKAZALO JE DA LJUDI KOJI PIJU KAFU ŽIVE DUŽE OD ONIH KOJI JE NE PIJU

Revolucionarna Studija je objavljena u časopisu New England Journal of Medicine u 2012. god. U ovoj studiji 402,260  pojedinaca između 50 i 71 godine života su učestvovali u ispitivanju o njihovim navikama u ispijanju kafe. Rezultati su bili prilično neverovatni… nakon što su pratili ljude u period od 12 do 13 godina, došlo se do rezultata da su oni, koji su pili kafu, imali manje šanse da umru od onih koji nisu.
Najviše efekta je dalo ispijanje 4 do 5 šoljica dnevno, u kom slučaju su muškarci imali za 12% manji rizik a žene 16% manji rizik od smrti. Ispijanje 6 ili više šoljica dnevno ne daje nikakvu dodatnu korist. Međutim, čak i umereno konzumiranje kafe (1 šoljica dnevno) povezano je sa smanjenjem rizika od smrti od 5 do 6 %, što pokazuje da čak i mala količina kafe ima efekta.
Kada se pogledaju uzroci smrti, nalazi se da oni koji konzumiraju kafu imaju manje šanse od smrti usled infekcije, povreda ili nezgoda, respiratornih bolesti, dijabetesa, šloga i srčanog udara.
Studije sa Harvarda su pokazale da vas kafa može učiniti srećnijim i tako smanji rizik od depresije i to za 20%, kao i rizik od samoubistva za 53%.

SEVERAL MASSIVE STUDIES SHOW THAT PEOPLE WHO DRINK COFFEE LIVE LONGER THAN THOSE WHO DON`T

A groundbreaking study was published in the New England Journal of Medicine in 2012. In this study, 402,260 individuals between 50 and 71 years of age were asked about their coffee consumption. The results were fairly remarkable… after following the people for 12-13 years, those who drank the most coffee were significantly less likely to have died.
The sweet spot seems to be at 4-5 cups per day, where men had a 12% reduced risk and women a 16% reduced risk. Drinking 6 or more cups per day provided no additional benefit. However, even moderate consumption of coffee (1 cup per day) was associated with a 5-6% reduction in risk of death, showing that even a little bit is enough to have an effect.
When they looked at particular causes of death, they found that the coffee drinkers were less likely to die from infections, injuries and accidents, respiratory disease, diabetes, stroke and heart disease.
There are also studies from Harvard showing that coffee may make you happier, reducing the risk of depression by 20% and the risk of suicide by 53%.

SALAD FROM COTE D'AZUR



Ingredients:

v 1 boiled egg
v 1 tomato
v 1 cucumber
v 1 green pepper
v can of tuna
v a few black olives
v 1 onion
v lettuce
v some olive oil
v lemon juice
v salt and pepper
         

 Preparation:

Cut an egg and a tomato into slices, dice a cucumber, cut a green pepper into strips and a lemon in slices. Divide lettuce into smaller leaves. Mix all the vegetables, season with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper and add the olives.

SALAD WITH COOKED HAM AND EGGS





Ingredients:

v 3 boiled eggs
v 250 g cooked ham
v 1 grated carrot
v 100 g cooked macaroni
v mayonnaise dressing
v sour cream and mustard
v salt and pepper



Preparation:

Dice egg whites, mash egg yolks and mix with pieces of cooked ham. Add cooked macaroni and cover with mayonnaise, sour cream and mustard dressing, previously made. It is up to you how much of each components you will put in your dressing. Spice, also, if desired, with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with grated carrot, garnish with basil or parsley and slices of boiled eggs.

PRAVO LETNJE ZADOVOLJSTVO, OSVEŽAVA A NE GOJI! SALATA SA RIBOM I JAJIMA


Materijal:

v 1 kuvano jaje
v 1 paradajz
v 1 krastavac
v 1 paprika
v konzerva tunjevine
v par crnih maslina
v 1 crni luk
v glavica zelene salate
v malo maslinovog ulja
v limunov sok
v so i biber




Priprema:

Jaje i paradajz isecite na kriške, krastavac na kockice, papriku na tračice, a limun na kolutove. Zelenu salatu iscepajte na male listove. Pomešajte svo povrće, začinite maslinovim uljem, limunovim sokom, solju i biberom i dodajte masline.

Možete je jesti kao salatu ili jelo umesto doručka ili večere. 


Materijal:

v 3 kuvana jaja
v 250gr kuvane šunke
v 1 rendana šargarepa
v 100gr kuvanih makarona
v preliv od majoneza
v pavlaka i senf
v so i biber



Priprema:

Belanca isecite na kockice, žumanca izgnječite i pomešajte sa komadićima kuvane šunke. Dodajte i skuvane makarone, pa sve začinite prelivom od majoneza, pavlake i senfa, koji ste pomešali po želji. Začinite, takođe po želji, solju i biberom, pa pospite rendanom šargarepom, ukrasite bosiljkom ili peršunom i kolutovima kuvanih jaja.

PANCAKES WITH EGG FILLING





Ingredients:

v 350 g boiled potatoes
v 150 g flour
v fat
v salt



Filling:

v 4 hard-boiled eggs
v 150 g cooked potatoes
v 160 g mayonnaise
v 300 g mixed boiled vegetables
v 70g onion
v 30ml vinegar
v sour cream
v chili sauce
v salt
v pepper


Preparation:

First make potato pancakes. Cook the potatoes in shell, mash, mix the flour, salt and make the dough. Split the dough into several parts and  stretch each onto the floured surface. Fry them in the pan on both sides.
For the filling cut the hard-boiled eggs and potatoes into small pieces and mix with finely chopped onion and cooked vegetables. Mix mayonnaise with vinegar and after that add chopped eggs and vegetables. Add salt and stir again. Fill the pancakes, put them on a plate and cover them with the chili sauce and sour cream.

USKRS JE PROŠAO, JAJA SU OSTALA, ŠTA SA NJIMA? IDEJA: PALAČINKE S FILOM OD JAJA


v 350gr kuvanog krompira
v 150gr brašna
v mast
v so


Fil:

v 4 tvrdo kuvana jaja
v 150gr kuvanih krompira
v 160gr majoneza
v 300gr mešanog kuvanog povrća
v 70gr crnog luka
v 30ml sirćeta
v kisela pavlaka
v čili sos
v so
v biber

Priprema:

Prvo napravite palačinke od krompira. Krompir skuvajte u ljusci, izgnječite, pomešajte sa brašnom, solju i napravite testo. Testo podelite na nekoliko delova i svaki od njih razvucite na podlozi posutoj brašnom. Na tiganju ih ispecite s obe strane. Za pripremu fila tvrdo kuvana jaja i krompir isecite na manje delove i pomešajte sa sitno seckanim crnim lukom i kuvanim povrćem. Majonez pomešajte sa sirćetom, pa nakon toga sa seckanim jajima i povrćem. Posolite i opet promešajte. Napunite palačinke, stavite ih na tanjir i prelijte čili sosom i pavlakom.
