Cheesy Ham and Potato Frittata



INGREDIENTS:

·         ½ tablespoon olive oil
·         2 cups potatoes, cut into small cubes
·         1 cup not fat cooked ham cut into small cubes
·         ½ cup onion, chopped
·         8 eggs
·         4 egg whites
·         2 teaspoons baking powder
·         1 green onion, sliced

·         1 cup low-fat cheddar cheese, grated


DIRECTIONS:
  1. Heat oil over medium heat in the large nonstick ovenproof pan. Saute potato, ham and onion (not green onion yet) until potato is just tender.
  2. Meanwhile, whisk eggs, egg whites and baking powder until the frothy and baking powder has dissolved. Add green onion to pan. Gently pour egg mixture into pan, covering the ham and veggie ingredients. Sprinkle cheese over top.
  3. Place pan, uncovered, in 375F preheated oven. Cook until egg has set, about 25 minutes.

SASTOJCI:

- 1/2 kašike maslinovog ulja
- 2 šoljice krompira isečenog na male kockice
- 1 šoljica šunke isečene na kockice
- 1/2 šoljice luka, isečenog
- 8 jaja
- 4 belanca
- 2 kašičice praška za pecivo (otprilike je to jedna kesica)
- 1 mladi crni luk
- 1 šoljica narendanog sira

PRIPREMA:

Spremati u tepsiji u kojoj će se peći pita. Sipati maslinovo ulje da pokrije dno tepsije. 
U zagrejano maslinovo ulje sipati krompir, šunku i kada se to proprži dodati luka. Skloniti sa vatre.
U međuvremenu umutiti 8 jaja, 4 belanca i dodati prašak za pecivo. Ovu smesu sipati preko proprženog krompira sa šunkom i lukom. Posuti preko prethodno narendani sir.
Tepsiju staviti u rernu i peći na temperaturi 180 stepeni Celzijusa oko 25min.
