CAKE MADE OF POPCORN




Ingredients for a base:

v 300 g milk chocolate
v 90 g popcorn
v oil



Ingredients for filling:

v 6 sachets gelatin
v 500 g low-fat cheese
v 150 g sour cream
v 50 g sugar
v 300 ml cream
v 2 bags vanilla sugar
v one lemon juice


Preparation:

Crush milk chocolate into pieces and melt it.
Make popcorn, cut them into the smallest pieces possible and mix them with chocolate.
Put this mixture into the baking dish coated with foil and put it aside to thicken.
For the filling, mix cheese with sour cream, sugar, lemon juice and gelatin. Put it into the fridge to cool down. When you take it out, add cream with vanilla sugar.
Spread the filling over the base and put it back into the fridge.
Decorate it with grated chocolate.

TORTA OD KOKICA




Sastojci za koru:

v 300 gr mlečne čokolade
v 90 gr kukuruza za kokanje
v ulje


Sastojci za krem:

v 6 kesica želatina
v 500 gr niskokaloričnog sira
v 150 gr pavlake
v 50 gr krisal šećera
v 300 ml slatke pavlake
v 2 kesice vanilin šećera
v sok od jednog limuna




 Priprema:

Mlečnu čokoladu izlomite i otopite.
Ispecite kokice, isecite ih najsitnije što možete i pomešajte sa čokoladom. Smesu za koru nalijte u pleh obloćen folijom i ostavite da se zgusne.
Da biste napravili krem, sir pomešajte sa pavlakom, šećerom i sokom od limuna, kao i želatinom. Smesu za krem stavite u frižider da se ohladi. Kada je izvadite, dodajte joj slatku pavlaku sa vanilin šećerom.
Kremom premažite koru i ostavite da odstoji u frižideru.
Ukrasite izrendanom čokoladom.

TIRAMISU


Ovo je jednostavan recept za tiramisu i možete ga prilagoditi da odgovara vašem ukusu, dodajući mu neku drugu vrstu keksa ili sloj čokoladnog krema, koristeći belu čokoladu u prahu preko torte itd.


Sastojci:

v 5 jaja (5 žumanca i 3 belanca)
v 5 kašika šećera
v 500 gr maskarpone sira
v 2 pakovanja tvrđeg keksa
v 2 dl espreso kafe
v 1 kašičica Marsala vina
v 100 gr čokolade za kuvanje (i isto toliko čokolade u prahu)


Priprema:

Pripremite 3 šoljice espreso kafe u Moka mašini i ostavite da se ohlade.
Izlomite čokoladu za kuvanje na male komade. Ulupajte belanca da budu čvrsta. U drugoj posudi umutite žumanca sa šećeom dok ne postanu kremasta. Dodajte mascarpone sir i konstantno mutite. Dodajte jednu kašičicu Marsala vina i belanca, kašiku po kašiku i mešajte polako, od dna do vrha.
Uzmite keks i umočite ga u kafu blago, pazite da ne upije previše kafe da ne se ne bi raspao. Ređajte keks jedan do drugog na velikom poslužavniku dok ne pokrijete dno. Preko keksa premažite sloj prethodno pripremljenog krema, zatim preko njega opet sloj keksa, pa opet krem. U sredini kolaća pospite komadiće čokolade za kuvanje pa opet nastavie da ređate slojeve keksa i krema. Završie sa slojem krema i pospite čokoladu u prahu preko njega.
Držite kolač u frižideru nekoliko sati ukoliko ga služite tog istog dana, ali ako ostane za drugi dan onda ga treba zamrznuti pa onda izvaditi 4 do 5 sati pre serviranja da se opusti.

TIRAMISU


This is a simple recipe for tiramisu and you can adapt it to suit your taste, adding some other kind of buscuits or a layer of chocolate cream, using white chocolate powder on the top etc.

Ingredients:

v 5 eggs (5 yolks and 3 whites)
v 5 tbs sugar
v 500 g mascarpone cheese
v 2 packages of biscuits
v 2 dl espresso coffee
v 1 teaspoon marsala wine
v 100 g dark chocolate (powder chocolate)


Preparation:

Prepare 3 cups of espresso coffee in Moka machihe and let them cool down.
Crush the dark chocolate into small pieces. Beat the egg whites until stiff.
In another bowl whisk the yolks with sugar until it becomes creamy. Add mascarpone and keep whisking. Add one teaspoon of marsala and the whites slowly, mixing gently, from bottom to top.
Take a biscuit and just dip it into the coffee, be careful not to soak it too much. Place it on a large pan and do the same with other biscuits until you have covered the bottom of the pan. Spread the previously made mascarpone mixture over the biscuits. Then, again put a layer of biscuits, cover it with the mascarpone mixture. Sprinkle ground dark chocolate in the middle, then continue putting layers of biscuits and mascarpone mix. Finish with a layer of mascarpone mix and sprinkle powder chocolate over it.
Keep the cake in the fridge for a couple of hours if you want to serve it the same day, but if it stays for another day then you should keep it in the freezer and take it out 4 to 5 hours before serving.

ČOKOLADNI POLJUBAC JEDNE DAME/KOLAČ IZ ITALIJE


Ovo su kolači iz Italije koji se zovu Baci di dama al cioccolato ili Čokoladni poljubac jedne dame.



Sastojci:

Ø 200 gr šećera
Ø 200 gr seckanih badema
Ø 150 gr limuna
Ø 200 gr brašna
Ø Ekstrakt od vanile za kolače
Ø 200 gr maslaca
Ø Čokolada




Priprema:

Sameljite u secku zajedno badem i šećer i dodati isceđen sok od 150 gr limuna. Zatim dodajte kakao, maslac i vanillin ekstrakt, izmešati da smesa bude izjednacena i od toga umesiti testo. Podeliti testo na štapiće i od tih štaća  seći kockice. Svakoj kockici zaobliti ivice dlanom. Zatim ih stavite na pleh za pečenje prekriven papirom za pečenje. Peći na 180 stepeni 13 minuta.

Ostaviti da se ohlade a zatim spojiti dva kolača topljenom čokoladom. Tako ih spajati u parove. 

CHOCOLATE LADY`S KISSES - BACI DI DAMA AL CIOCCOLATO


These are cakes from Italy called Baci di dama al cioccolato, which means chocolate lady`s kisses



Ingredients:

Ø 200 g sugar
Ø 200 g chopped almonds
Ø 150 g citron
Ø 50 g cocoa
Ø 200 g flour
Ø Vanilla extract for cakes
Ø 200 g butter
Ø Chocolate




Preparation:

Grind with the food processor the almonds, sugar and citron. Then add the cocoa, butter and vanilla, thus obtaining a consistent mixture. Then work the dough so as to form stripes, to be cut successively to obtain cubes.
Round off the edges of the cubes with the palm of the hand. Then place them on a baking pan covered with parchment paper. Bake in a ventilated oven at 180 degrees for 13 minutes.
Once cooked, allow to cool, then join them in pairs with the melted chocolate.

ZAMRZNUTE BANANE KAO ZAMENA ZA SLADOLED



ŠTA URADITI SA BANANAMA KADA POSTANU PREZRELE


Sastojci:

¨       10 sladoled štapića
¨       5 vrlo zrelih banana, oljuštenih i prepolovljenih poprečno
¨       500 gr tamne čokolade
¨       1 kašika putera
¨       10 kašika seckanog lešnika ili po potrebi





Priprema:


Nataknuti svaku polovinu banana na jedan štapić. Prekriti dno poslužavnika aluminijumskom folijom I staviti banane na nju, zatim staviti u zamrzivač I ostaviti da se zamrzne oko 2 sata.
U posudu staviti malo maslaca I na laganoj vatri otopiti čokoladu.
Smrznute banana umočiti u otopljenu čokoladu I malo kašikom izravnati tako da je cela banana umočena u čokoladu. Po želji, možete bananu posuti i seckanim lešnikom. Vratiti banane na poslužavnik ili pleh na kome su se zamrzavale I vratiti u zamrzivač dok se ne stegne čokolada. 

FROZEN BANANAS AS A SUMMER TREAT





AN INTERESTING ALTERNATIVE TO ICE CREAM WHEN BANANAS BECOME VERY RIPE



Ingredients:

  • 10 paddle pop sticks
  • 5 very ripe bananas, peeled and halved crosswise
  • 500 g dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 10 tablespoons shredded coconut or as needed


Preparation:

Insert 1 stick into the cut end of each banana. Place the bananas on a greaseproof paper covered baking tray and freeze until the bananas are frozen, about 2 hours.
Melt the chocolate and butter in a microwave-safe glass ore ceramic bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring after each melting, for 1 to 3 minutes (depending on your microwave).
Dip the frozen bananas in the melted chocolate spooning the chocolate over the banana to cover it completely. Roll in coconut if desired. Place the dipped bananas on the paper-covered baking tray and freeze  until the chocolate is firm.

BRZA SLADOLED TORTA NA ENGLESKI NAČIN


KAKO NAPRAVITI BRZU SLADOLED TORTU

Sastojci:


  • 2 l kremastog sladoleda od vanile na točenje 
  • 30 gr ručno seckanih oraha
  • 30 gr badema u ljuspici, ispečenog
  • 30 gr australijskog oraha, ručno seckanih
  • 100 gr sušenih i iseckanih Maraskino trešanja
Za nadev:

  • 100 gr tamne čokolade za kuvanje sa 60% kakaoa
  • 125 ml šlaga
  • 15 gr iseckanih pistaća i isto toliko badema u ljuspici, ispečenog
  • 6 Maraskino trešnji sa drškama, za ukrašavanje

Priprema:

U velikoj posudi pomešati sladoled sa orasima i trešnjama. Prebacite smesu u silikonsku modlu i poravnati odozgo. Stavite modlu u zamrzivač da odstoji 4 sata ili preko noći.
Za čokoladni preliv, razbiti čokoladu u komade i otopiti na pari. Zatim pomešati istopljenu čokoladu sa šlagom. Ostaviti da se malo ohladi.
Pre služenja izvucite zamrznuti sladoled iz zamrzivača, okrenuti na tacnu za služenje i pažljivo odvojiti od silikonske modle. Poravnati nožem sve nesavršenosti. Sipajte čokoladni nadev preko torte i premažite je samo odozgo ostavljajući stranice torte vidljivim. Posuti orahe preko čokoladnog nadeva (kao na slici). Preko oraha poređati trešnje sa drškama. 
Iseći na kriške i poslužiti. 






SPEEDY ICE CREAM

HOW TO MAKE SPEEDY ICE CREAM


Ingredients:

  • 3 and 1/2 pts (2 l) tub soft serve vanilla ice-cream
  • 1 oz (30 g) pecans, roughly chopped
  • 1 oz (30 g) flade almonds, toasted
  • 1 oz (30 g) macadamia nuts, roughly chopped
  • 3 and 1/2 oz (100 g) maraschino cherries, drained and chopped

For the topping:

  • 3 and 1/2 oz (100 g) 60% cocoa dark chocolate
  • 4.4 fl oz (125 ml) cream
  • 1/2 oz (15 g) each chopped pistachio and flaked almonds, toasted
  • 6 maraschino cherries with stalk to garnish

Preparation:

In a large bowl, mix the ice cream with the nuts and cherries. Transfer into cakes silicon rubber mould and smooth over the top. 
Transfer to the freezer for 4 hours or overnight until needed.
For the ganache topping, break the chocolate into pieces and place in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water to melt. 
Once melted remove from heat and stir in the cream. 
Leave to cool slightly.
To serve, remove the frozen ice-cream cake from freezer. Invert on a serving platter and carefully peel off the silicon mould. Smooth any imperfections with a spatula or palette knife. Pour the chocolate ganache on top of the cake and spread to cover leaving a thin rim around the edge to show the ice-cream cake underneath. 
Sprinkle the nuts over the top. Top with cherrries, serve immediately cutting into slices.

REFRESH YOURSELF WITH KAIPI BOLU


MAKE KAIPI BOLU, A REFRESHING SUMMER EVENING DRINK


Ingredients:

For frozen cubes:

  • 300 ml soda water
  • 1 lime

For the drink:

  • 6 limes
  • 200 g brown sugar
  • 1 melon
  • 250 ml brandy
  • 1,3 l soda water
  • 2 bottles dry champagne


Preparation:

Grate the lime peel and squeeze the lime juice. Pour 300 ml of soda water over this juice. Pour the liquid into a container for ice and place it in a freezer.

For a drink: Cut 6 limes into eighths and mix them with 200 g of brown sugar. Mash it all. Add melon pieces cut in the shape of balls and 250 ml of brandy. Put this mixture in the fridge to cool it down. 
Just before serving, add the frozen cubes and pour 1,3 l of soda water and two bottles of dry champagne over the mixture. 
Serve the guests and enjoy

NAPRAVITE KAIPI BOLU, OSVEŽAVAJUĆI NAPITAK U SPARNIM LETNJIM NOĆIMA



KAIPI BOLU - KAKO NAPRAVITI OVAJ OSVEŽAVAJUĆI, LETNJI NAPITAK

Sastojci:

Za zaleđene kockice:
  • 300ml soda vode
  • 1 limeta


Piće:
  • 6 limeta
  • 200gr smeđeg šećera
  • 1 dinja
  • 250ml rakije
  • 1,3l soda voda
  • 2 flaše suvog šampanjca




Priprema:

Izrendajte koru limete i iscedite sok pa sve to prelijte sa 300 ml soda vode. Tu tečnost sipati u posudu za led i staviti u zamrzivač.
Za piće: isecite 6 limeta na osmine i pomešajte ih sa 200 gr smeđeg šećera pa sve to izgnječite. Dodajte ovoj smesi kuglice dinje i 250 ml rakije. Ostavite u frižider da se ohladi. Neposredno pre služenja dodajte zaleđene kockice, pa prelijte sve sa 1,3 l soda vode i dve flaše suvog šampanjca.

ICE CREAM CAKE THAT WILL NOT EMBARRASS YOU


Ingredients:

I layer
  • 400g whipped cream vanilla
  • 300g milk
  • 300g minced biscuits (Plazma)
II layer
  • 400g whipped cream vanilla 
  • 300g melted chocolate 
  • 300g milk
III layer
  • 200g whipped cream vanilla


Preparation:

Whip the cream for the first layer with cold milk and add minced buscuits. Stir slowly with a spoon to combine the mixture. Spread the first layer over the tray and leave it in the fridge for a few minutes until you prepare the second layer.

Whip the cream for the second layer with milk and slowly add previously melted chocolate into it. Stir constantly with the spoon until the mixture is combined. Spread this layer over the first one and put the tray back into the fridge again.

Whip the cream for the third layer with milk as instructed on the package and when it is done spread it over the cake. 

Keep the cake into the freezer. Before serving it, take the cake from the freezer and leave it on the table for 5min. so that you can cut it with a knife. 

The cake is really delicious and big so it will not embarrass you in any way. It is refreshing especially during hot, summer days.
