EXTREMELY EASY TO MAKE AND MORE DELICIOUS THAN ANY CAKE I HAVE EVER TASTED!


ICE CREAM CAKE THAT WILL NOT EMBARRASS YOU


Ingredients:

I layer
  • 400g whipped cream vanilla
  • 300g milk
  • 300g minced biscuits (Plazma)
II layer
  • 400g whipped cream vanilla 
  • 300g melted chocolate 
  • 300g milk
III layer
  • 200g whipped cream vanilla


Preparation:

Whip the cream for the first layer with cold milk and add minced buscuits. Stir slowly with a spoon to combine the mixture. Spread the first layer over the tray and leave it in the fridge for a few minutes until you prepare the second layer.

Whip the cream for the second layer with milk and slowly add previously melted chocolate into it. Stir constantly with the spoon until the mixture is combined. Spread this layer over the first one and put the tray back into the fridge again.

Whip the cream for the third layer with milk as instructed on the package and when it is done spread it over the cake. 

Keep the cake into the freezer. Before serving it, take the cake from the freezer and leave it on the table for 5min. so that you can cut it with a knife. 

The cake is really delicious and big so it will not embarrass you in any way. It is refreshing especially during hot, summer days.
