Ingredients
for filling:
v 6
sachets gelatin
v 500
g low-fat cheese
v 150
g sour cream
v 50 g
sugar
v 300
ml cream
v 2
bags vanilla sugar
v one lemon
juice
Preparation:
Crush
milk chocolate into pieces and melt it.
Make
popcorn, cut them into the smallest pieces possible and mix them with
chocolate.
Put
this mixture into the baking dish coated with foil and put it aside to thicken.
For
the filling, mix cheese with sour cream, sugar, lemon juice and gelatin. Put it
into the fridge to cool down. When you take it out, add cream with vanilla
sugar.
Spread
the filling over the base and put it back into the fridge.
Decorate
it with grated chocolate.
