MAKE KAIPI BOLU, A REFRESHING SUMMER EVENING DRINK
Ingredients:
For frozen cubes:
- 300 ml soda water
- 1 lime
For the drink:
- 6 limes
- 200 g brown sugar
- 1 melon
- 250 ml brandy
- 1,3 l soda water
- 2 bottles dry champagne
Preparation:
Grate the lime peel and squeeze the lime juice. Pour 300 ml of soda water over this juice. Pour the liquid into a container for ice and place it in a freezer.
For a drink: Cut 6 limes into eighths and mix them with 200 g of brown sugar. Mash it all. Add melon pieces cut in the shape of balls and 250 ml of brandy. Put this mixture in the fridge to cool it down.
Just before serving, add the frozen cubes and pour 1,3 l of soda water and two bottles of dry champagne over the mixture.
Serve the guests and enjoy
