Ingredients:

For the filling:

boiled egg yolk

powdered sugar

g butter
Preparation:
Melt the
chocolate, then stir in the nuts, powdered sugar and egg white. Knead the dough
well and put it on a soaked foil; stretch the dough to a thickness of 1 cm.
For the filling:
mash the boiled yolk through a strainer. Beat the butter and powdered sugar
until stiff. Add it to the yolk. Spread the mass over the brown dough and roll
it.
Leave it in the
fridge to cool. Cut it into slices.
