Preparation:
Finely chop the
onion and fry it in a pan until it becomes glassy. Cut the fillet
of beef into thin sticks (or cubes) 2 cm in length. Add the beef into the pan and
fry it briefly. Pour some water in the pan and stew until the meat is soft, add
some water from time to time to prevent the meat from burning. Once the meat is
done sprinkle a tablespoon of flour and stir quickly. Add immediately the
tomato sauce,salt and pepper. Stew it for another 10 minutes, then add a
teaspoon of mustard and 2 tablespoons of sour cream. Turn off the stove and
stir for another 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and serve hot with mashed
potatoes.
